Network Tree, Co. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://networktree.app,the Network Tree Personal CRM mobile application (“App”) and any affiliated software and mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”), and related products and services (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”). This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that information. Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to the Site and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service. 

We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions. 

Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of ourService and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us(“agreement”). 
Definitions:
SERVICE means the https://networktree.app website, NetworkTree Personal CRM mobile application, and any affiliated software and mobile applications operated by Network Tree Co.
PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either inour possession or likely to come into our possession).
USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
COOKIES are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
DATA CONTROLLER means a natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your data.
DATA PROCESSORS (OR SERVICE PROVIDERS) means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.DATA SUBJECT is any living individual who is the subject ofPersonal Data.THE USER is the individual using our Service. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data. 

Information Collection and Use:

We will not resell your Personal Data to third parties.

Information you Provide:

We may collect personal information that can be used tocontact or identify you, and may include information such as an individual’sname, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and payment or bankaccount details (“Personal Information”).When you register an Account, we may collect some PersonalInformation, such as your name, your name, your phone number, a credit card orother billing information, your email address and postal addresses. The Site allows you to link your Third Party Accounts. We use Auth0 (as defined below),if available, to access Third Party Accounts in order to limit our collection of your passwords. “Auth0” is an open protocol for authorization, commonly useda way for users to log in to sites using their accounts with third-party services, such as Google or Microsoft, but without exposing theirthird-party-service passwords to such sites. For a Third Party Account that does not support Auth0, we will ask for your login credentials for such ThirdParty Account, which may include your email address and password. In all cases,we may collect your name and email address and the names and email addresses ofyour email contacts, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you createan Account using your login credentials from one of your Third Party Accounts,we may access and collect your name and email address and other PersonalInformation that your privacy settings on the Third Party Account permit us toaccess, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

When you invite others to join Site, you provide us with certain contact information that allows us to send an invitation. We may alsoreceive Personal Information through other users, for example if they have tried to give you access to a Site account or refer Site to you. It is yourresponsibility to ensure that your Personal Information is up-to-date. 

Sharing your Information:

We may share your information with third parties under the following circumstances:Service Providers: We may share your information with service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.Business Transfers: Information may be transferred during a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law orin response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

We value your trust in providing us your PersonalInformation, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Usage Data:

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.When you access Service with a mobile device, this UsageData may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Tracking Cookies Data:

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and we hold certain information.

Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data:
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if youprovide the Site access to the following types of your Google data, the App'suse of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:The Site will only use access to read, write, modify, orcontrol Gmail message metadata to show relevant emails during use of Servicesand will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary toprovide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of amerger, acquisition, or sale of assets. The Site will not use this Gmail datafor serving advertisements. The Site will not allow humans to read this Gmaildata unless we have your affirmative agreement for metadata of specificmessages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigatingabuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations andeven then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.The provision of Google and/or Gmail data is not requiredfor use of services. 

Additional Limits on Use of Integrated Account Data:
We will retain integrated account data and credentialsprovided to us for provision of syncing functionality on various platforms onan opt-in basis. If you provide the Site access to login credentials forexternal sources, the Site will only use access to read relevant data as partof product-based workflows. The site will not allow humans to access thesecredentials unless with affirmative consent in providing support, is necessaryfor security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicablelaw, or for the App's internal operations and even then, only when the datahave been aggregated and anonymized.The provision of integrated account data is not required foruse of services. 

Retention of Data:
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as isnecessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain anduse your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legalobligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply withapplicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements andpolicies.We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysispurposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except whenthis data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality ofour Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer timeperiods. 

Transfer of Data:
Your information, including Personal Data, may betransferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state,province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protectionlaws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.If you are located outside the United States and choose toprovide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, includingPersonal Data, to the United States and process it there.Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by yoursubmission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.Network Tree. We may use third-party ServiceProviders to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service.

In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCISecurity Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your Choices in Changing or Deleting Your Information:

You can access and modify the Personal Information associated with your Account by contacting us at hello@netowkrtree.app. Please note that if you signed up using Third Party Account, you may have to access and modify the Personal Information associated with your Third-Party Account in order to modify certain of the Personal Information associated with yourAccount.To stop the use and disclosure of your Personal Information and Personal Data, individuals may delete their account. If you want us to delete your Personal Information, Personal Data, and your Account, please delete your Account or contact us at hello@networktree.app with your request.We will take steps to delete your information as soon as is practicable. Once you initiate your request, this process cannot be cancelled, undone, with drawn, or reversed. When your account is deleted, all associated Personal Data andPersonal Information is deleted, subject to the following limitations: a) some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records for up to one month b) otherwise required by law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy:

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
